Advance and Final Payment: To confirm your booking, 50% of the total payment must be made in advance. This helps us secure your reservation and prepare for your journey. The remaining 50% payment is to be made at the time of pickup, before the start of your trip. This ensures a hassle-free beginning to your Chaar Dhaam Yatra or any other tour with us.
Non-Refundable Advance Payment: In the event of a cancellation on the final day or after the booking is confirmed, the advance payment (50% of the total amount) will be non-refundable. This policy is in place as we allocate resources and make arrangements in advance to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. We recommend informing us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.
Extra Charges for Extended Stays: If your trip extends beyond the originally planned duration due to personal preferences or unforeseen circumstances, additional charges will apply. These charges will be calculated based on the extra days or hours of service provided, including vehicle usage, driver allowances, and any other applicable fees. We will inform you of these charges in advance and ensure complete transparency in billing.

Day 1: Haridwar to Badrinath

6:00 AM: Pickup from Haridwar. Your private taxi will arrive at your designated location in Haridwar. Meet your experienced driver, who will assist with luggage and brief you about the journey.

6:30 AM: Depart for Badrinath. Enjoy a scenic drive through the lush landscapes of Uttarakhand, passing through Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Karnaprayag.

12:30 PM: Stop for lunch at a local restaurant en route. Savor authentic Garhwali cuisine while taking in the breathtaking views of the Himalayas.

1:30 PM: Resume your journey to Badrinath. The route will take you through picturesque valleys and alongside the Alaknanda River.
